So last Friday I called the doctor to ask about fetal movement. You had not moved a lot over the past few days. Mommy listens to your heart beat every day so I knew you had a nice strong heart beat, but just wanted to make sure it was okay not to feel you move that often as long as you had a good strong heart beat. They told me at my 28 week appointment that I should feel you move 10 times an hour. I was not feeling you move more than 6 times a day!
So I went in and long story short they did an ultrasound. I got to see you yawning and moving around. At that point I was 28 weeks and 5 days. You are nearly 3 pounds now. After the ultrasound I was told everything was fine.
Yesterday we had a really long day of appointments we were driving home last night from Orlando and daddy finally got to feel you kick. He jerked his hand off initially and put it back. You kicked him hard. LOL.

28 weeks
Wow it has been almost a month since my last post. Mommy went to the doctor last week. Nothing really that special. The doctor listened to your heart beat and measured my belly to make sure you were measuring on time which you are. I was told I should feel 10 movements an hour and if I don't to lay down and drink something cold. Some days you are super active and kick and kick other days I hardly feel you move at all. Once again why I am super duper happy I have my very own Doppler to listen to your heart beat when ever I want just to make sure you are okay.
We went to our 1st dentist appointment together last Wednesday LOL. I had to convince the doctor that it was okay to xray my teeth. They double shielded my abdomen to protect you and they only xrayed the right side of my mouth. I had a broken tooth that needed to be repaired. I don't know if you could feel my anxiety or you really like the loud sound of the dentist's drill. They drilled out my old feeling and replaced it with a new one to cover the area of the broken tooth with no pain medication. It burned a little but was not so bad. The entire time they were in my mouth drilling away you were doing back flips in there or something . It was the most I have felt you move at one given time.
So 28 weeks is the same age that your brothers were born. It is kinda neat having an idea what you look like in there right now. I am still curious to see what you will look like when you come out. Will you be a blond hair blue eyed baby like Andrew and Ava or will you bee like Jacob and Logan with dark brown eyes and thick brown hair like mommy.
I also had the day off this last Saturday and went to a huge multiples yard sale. I got you a play gym toy, a few pairs of shoes and some cute little outfits. I'm really finally getting excited to meet you and starting to live past my fears that bad things may not happen :-)
